Because all products are made-to-order, each item is created specifically after an order is placed. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All products sold on Zonetica are custom-made for each customer. Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings
- Slight design placement variations
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is verified, we may provide:
- A replacement item
- A refund
- Store credit (where applicable)
3. Lost Packages
If your package appears lost during shipping:
- First check your tracking information
- Contact the shipping carrier for updates
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team
Orders confirmed as lost may qualify for a replacement or refund depending on the shipping investigation.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an order is returned because of:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Zonetica is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders enter production shortly after purchase, so:
- Changes cannot always be guaranteed
- Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after ordering
Once production has started, orders may no longer be canceled or modified.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Personalized products
- Custom-made items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The product arrived damaged
- There was a verified production issue
8. Print & Color Variations
Please note:
- Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products
- Minor print placement differences can occur during production
- Small variations are considered normal in custom printing
These variations are not considered defects.
